A pint by the Tweed
The Tow-Bar is our own little bar on site, and you don't have to be staying with us to enjoy it. Whether you're back from a day on the trails, winding down by the river, or just passing through Innerleithen, pull up a stool and settle in.
There's a pool table, sport on the big screen and music when the mood takes. Behind the bar you'll find what you'd expect from a good local: draught and bottled beers, whisky, gin, vodka and mixers, wine, and soft drinks for the drivers and the children. Card and cash both fine.
We're not serving food at the moment, and we'd rather say so up front than have you arrive hungry. You're very welcome to bring your own or order in from one of the takeaways in town.
Bring the dog on a lead, and make yourself at home.

Around the park

The play park
A timber climbing frame with two towers, a slide, a cargo net and a nest swing, set on soft bark chip to keep all of our younger visitors safe!

Showers and toilets
Hot showers, included and free of charge. The toilet and shower blocks are key access, which will be provided to you on arrival during check-in.

Laundry
A laundrette on site, so a week away doesn't mean a week of dirty clothes. £5 a wash and 50p for drying. Open the same hours as reception.

Shop and reception
Book in at reception when you arrive. The shop has the essentials, plus some toys and gifts, and spare bin bags if you happen to run out.

Waste and disposal
Chemical toilet and grey water disposal points are in front of the toilet block. Waste and recycling are near reception, easy to drop off on your way past.
Getting around the park
Our park is mostly flat with very slight inclines. The touring and motorhome pitches are all at ground level, so there are no steep slopes or steps to negotiate on a pitch or to get to one. The camping pods have a single small step up onto the decking - less than 1 foot high. The hire caravans have several steps up to the door in various configurations.
If you have a specific access requirement, or want to confirm anything, give us a ring before you book and we'll tell you honestly whether we can meet it.
Good to know
E-bike charging
Charging points on site, so you can ride Glentress or the Innerleithen trails all day and re-charge at night!
Electric hook-up
Available on the touring pitches. Unfortunately, we don't offer any hook-up facilities for visitors in tents.
Arriving and leaving
Check-in and check-out are both at 12 noon, so there's no rush at either end. Sleep in, wake up when you're ready!
No guest wifi
We don't have it, in the park or at the bar. Some people count that as a blessing not a drawback.
Dogs are welcome
On a lead right across the park and in the Tow-Bar. We can't allow pets in the hire caravans or pods.
Quiet after 10pm
So that everyone gets a good night's sleep. Thank you for understanding, being mindful of your neighbors!
No open fires or barbecues
Anywhere on site. Elsewhere, the Scottish Outdoor Access Code applies, providing you do it responsibly.
Awnings are fine
Any reasonably sized awning is welcome. Gazebos not attached to your unit are not allowed.
